Chris is the walking definition of a professional. We had another awning and blind company out who had dropped the ball a bit. So we reached out to Chris instead and we’re so glad we did.He came out on time (rare these days!) gave us great advice on what we’d need, and then lined up all the electricians and handymen needed to hook it all up (who were also all great by the way).Post installation and set-up with these kinds of things, sometimes your enquiries can go unanswered. Not with Chris. Picks up every time and helps you out with anything you need.We can now convert our back patio into an extra lounge room when we want (so I can yell my head off when the Lions get up without waking the kids!) and two thirds of our backyard has retractable awning shade when we need it for summer.Absolute legend! Highly recommend Alfresco Blinds Co Indoor & Outdoor Blinds. I recently had them out to install various blinds for my new home with a combination of timber shutters, sheer curtains, and some battery electric roller blinds along with a motorised outdoor window awning and some patio blinds.These guys are truly amazing and a one-stop shop!! I had Alfresco Blinds Co install a retractable awning for my windows and couldn’t be happier, they suggested a modern motorised awning called Eshade and it not only performs well it really looks great. I had a combination of roller blinds & plantation shutters installed throughout my new home and a floor to ceiling Sfold sheer curtains in my lounge room I found them extremely professional, excellent with installation and communication, very reliable as they did have some of best blind reviews, their extensive range of indoor curtain and blind products are fantastic and the blinds showroom made my choices easy. Very satisfied customerOh I forgot to mention my outdoor blinds makes sitting in my alfresco on a cold winter night with a heater pretty comfortable. We begun our journey with discussing appointments with Sina from Alfresco Blinds and she was an absolute delight to deal with. Chris attended our new home and completed measurements, provided us with colours fabrics and motorised options. He was very honest with us as we had never done this before. We had Andrew and son Jack arrive yesterday and installed all our day blinds, block out blinds, sheers and even a stair motorised block out blind and they absolutely smashed it. Felix from Alfresco blinds was very informative and after the consultation had no concerns ordering the Siena cassette with pitch control motorised. The awning is neat and aesthetically pleasing. The awning was out last night and a strong gust of wind automatically closed the blind. Test 1 passed???? have no issue recommending Alfresco blinds great customer service from start to finish
