Four years ago, we employed Alfresco Blinds to install some wet-weather blinds on the sides of our deck. Andrew provided some great advice and completed the quote. What we liked about Andrew was that he wasn’t trying to sell us the most expensive option, but instead provided us with the best solution for our situation. The blinds are high-quality and after four years are like new.We had such a great experience with quoting, office administration and installation last time, that we decided to get a new shade blind along the front of our deck plus a small blind near a BBQ area, it was a ‘no-brainer’ to contact Alfresco Blinds. Andrew came back with his son Jack, and once again provided frank and expert advice on what to install.Despite a small coordination hiccup on installation day, which was efficiently resolved, we now have some great looking blinds installed that are highly effective in blocking out the harsh afternoon sun. Once again, great service, communication, and professional tradesmanship throughout the process.I normally never leave reviews; however, the outstanding service provided by the whole team at Alfresco Blinds has prompted me to make an exception. Chris is the walking definition of a professional. We had another awning and blind company out who had dropped the ball a bit. So we reached out to Chris instead and we're so glad we did.He came out on time (rare these days!) gave us great advice on what we'd need, and then lined up all the electricians and handymen needed to hook it all up (who were also all great by the way).Post installation and set-up with these kinds of things, sometimes your enquiries can go unanswered. Not with Chris. Picks up every time and helps you out with anything you need.We can now convert our back patio into an extra lounge room when we want (so I can yell my head off when the Lions get up without waking the kids!) and two thirds of our backyard has retractable awning shade when we need it for summer.Absolute legend! Alfresco team fitted new roller blinds for our offices under an energy efficiency scheme. After reading their excellent Google reviews, i gave them a chance to quote up. Andrew and his son initially visited and gave me all the confidence needed to proceed with Alfresco. They followed my enquiry diligently, gave me clear options and even though i personally made an error on choice of blinds after accepting the quote, their team did everything possible to make my new choice possible within budget. The team worked non stop on installation day and were mindful to keep our site clean and remove all their rubbish as if they had never been! Handover by Andrew was thorough. I recently had them out to install various blinds for my new home with a combination of timber shutters, sheer curtains, and some battery electric roller blinds along with a motorised outdoor window awning and some patio blinds.These guys are truly amazing and a one-stop shop!! I had a combination of roller blinds & plantation shutters installed throughout my new home and a floor to ceiling Sfold sheer curtains in my lounge room I found them extremely professional, excellent with installation and communication, very reliable as they did have some of best blind reviews, their extensive range of indoor curtain and blind products are fantastic and the blinds showroom made my choices easy. Very satisfied customerOh I forgot to mention my outdoor blinds makes sitting in my alfresco on a cold winter night with a heater pretty comfortable. We begun our journey with discussing appointments with Sina from Alfresco Blinds and she was an absolute delight to deal with. Chris attended our new home and completed measurements, provided us with colours fabrics and motorised options. He was very honest with us as we had never done this before. We had Andrew and son Jack arrive yesterday and installed all our day blinds, block out blinds, sheers and even a stair motorised block out blind and they absolutely smashed it. Felix from Alfresco blinds was very informative and after the consultation had no concerns ordering the Siena cassette with pitch control motorised. The awning is neat and aesthetically pleasing. The awning was out last night and a strong gust of wind automatically closed the blind. Test 1 passed???? have no issue recommending Alfresco blinds great customer service from start to finish

This company is one is a million, truly.We had recent storms in Melbourne (July '21) which blew down a tonne of trees in the East of Melbourne, from 100k+ winds. The storm damage made the news for weeks.I had all the blinds down on the night on my 2nd story alfresco, with my fingers crossed may l say. The wind coming through the blinds, opened by bi-fold doors up on three occasions (the wind rattled the locks down, until the doors opened). The blinds stood up to it all, l was blown away (excuse the pun!).I have had the electric blinds a few years and they would have to be the best investment l have made, they are worth every dollar. Chris and the team are great fella's, l can not recommend this company enough, you will not go wrong.

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our Ziptrack blinds. We now virtually have another room that can be used all year round. The blinds provide privacy and protection from the elements, they keep the sun, wind and rain out and we are able to enjoy our Alfresco area no matter what the weather is like.
